If you need to cancel

If cancellation is necessary, please contact us as soon as possible. Your advanced notice will allow another client access to that appointment time.

• Notice of 2 business day in advance (48 hours) does not take charge

• Let us know within the usual business schedule

• With a notice in less than 48 hours, we will result in a cancellation fee equivalent to 100% of the cost of the scheduled session

• If you do not arrive within 10 minutes of the scheduled appointment time, we will consider it a no-show and apply cancellation fees

• After 2 consecutive cancellations or absences to therapies without just cause, we reserve the right to suspend their services
